If the product you ordered is in stock, please note it will take 3-4 working days for you to receive your order. If you wish to order a product that is out of stock, please email email@example.com so we can prioritise your order and see how we can help you further.
How do I request a return?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your parcel. In adherence to the Consumer Rights Act for online purchases we uphold a return policy which lasts 14 days. Requests for a refund can be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. We unfortunately will not be able to refund you if 14 days have gone by since your purchase was recorded as delivered. Please send the parcel back to us in the same condition is was received.
